Most people want to try Shakeology, but are hesitant because of the price, as I was at first. However, if you use it as it’s supposed to be used, as a meal replacement, it more than justifies the cost. For example, if you are like me, and eat out one meal every day, you are spending anywhere from $6-$15 on something that isn’t nearly as healthy. Or maybe, you are spending $3 a day or more on energy drinks or Starbucks because you are always feeling run down. If you replace one of those meals Shakeology, which comes to about $4 per serving per day, you will actually be saving money and practically putting the healthiest calories in your body.
