<p>When I was 15 years old i weighed 175lbs at 5′ 4″ in height and could not do a single pushup, with the pressures of high school football practice and weight training I ended up reaching 215lbs by age 17 at 5′ 7″. Although i had gained significant muscle and strength for my age, from vigorous weight training twice a day, i was still obese according to my doctor with high blood pressure and no confidence. I was determined to lose weight! I jumped on atkins and got down to 165 lbs by graduation at 18 years of age, still 5′ 7″. I entered college with new confidence, but I no longer played football or did atkins. Although I continued in the gym about 5 times a week lifting weights, the fat came back and my results seemed to DIE OUT! I researched and tried over 100 different supplements and diets and for the passed 4 years. I have become very fluent and knowledgeable on diets, nutrition, exercise physiology, anatomy, mixed martial arts, etc. Pretty much, if it is supposed to get you lean, build muscle, or promote a healthy lifestyle, then chances are I’ve done some research on it. I fluctuated from 180 lbs to 200lbs for the passed 4 years depending on which diet craze i followed and for how long i could actually stomach to follow it. Being 5′ 7″ and my muscle size 180-200lbs is still obese!!!!</p>
<p>IT WASNT UNTIL I FOUND BEACHBODY that my life changed. When it came into my life I had started a diet very similar to the one by <strong>P90X</strong> and had already dropped 8lbs to 190lbs. I didn’t jump on a <del>DIET</del>…I didnt follow a craze…<em>I adopted LIFESTYLE</em> a , I decided I was going to LIVE FIT! With my new lifestyle I don’t feel low energy or have to eat tiny microwaved meals…I now eat more than i did before! With my new lifestyle, I eat about 6 times a day, I work out about 6 times a week, am very confident, and feel great!!! <strong>THIS CHANGE IS NOT TEMPORARY</strong>! THIS IS A LIFESTYLE! The results last, the results are real, all because of BEACHBODY!</p>
<p>WHY THANK BEACHBODY? Well, the part I left out of the previous paragraph is that my new lifestyle and meal plan consisted of a very crucial meal. Nutrition in a glass, called <strong>SHAKEOLOGY</strong>. Keeping to my lifestyle that allowed me to dropped 8 lbs, once i added Shakeology to my arsenal I dropped 12 more lbs! I did not change my workout plan, I did not turn into a health freak, or only eat processed foods based on points, I just added shakeology to my already existing diet and exercise regimen. I replaced one of my six meals daily with the delicious shake(my diet of course was based on my current weight and BMR).</p>
<p>I had heard of BEACHBODY’s products before and a close friend was proof their products worked, but was never completely sold. I would see the infomercials at 3am and was a<del> huge skeptic</del>! I had learned that in this industry you can not believe everything you read and see. EVERY WORKOUT PROGRAM and WORKOUT/WEIGHT MANAGEMENT SUPPLEMENT PROMISES RESULTS! My girlfriend now (the friend I mentioned before), a<strong> P90x/Insanity/Shakeology</strong> fanatic, urged me to try out <strong>Shakeology</strong>. I was hesitant because I had been let down before through other products promising similar results.</p>
<p>Well, for the first time ever, I found a company that promises results as long as you follow instructions. <strong>SHAKEOLOGY</strong> has opened the door to a whole new world of fitness and a whole new lifestyle! With my eyes now open to this, I want to share it with everyone and anyone who will listen and truly wants to <strong>LIVE FIT</strong>! I have a big things planned and my results should be far from ordinary as I am bringing in a little twist. <p><span style="color: #808080;">I’ve always been a big believer in challenges because it highly motivates people, and I and everyone else taking part of it always tend to commit ourselves even more when we’re a part of one. When you have a small group, communication is much easier, and you’re able to hold each other accountable and push each other even more than being part of a large group. Plus, there is always some serious competition going on, forcing you to push even harder to achieve better results. When you have competition, encouragement, accountability, and support from 5 other people, it literally is a recipe for success! From the challenges I’ve held in the past, it’s unbelievable the type of results that some people got, and they even mentioned to me that there was no way they could have gotten those results without being part of an exclusive group. If you want to achieve your fitness goals, you’re not going to find a better way than with these challenge groups!</span></p>

<li><strong>I WILL DRINK SHAKEOLOGY ONCE A DAY</strong> – Preferably for a healthy breakfast, but any of the 5 meals will do… this is a much needed investment into my health and I am committed to doing this for the entire 90 days</li>
<li><strong>I WILL POSITIVELY ENGAGE WITH THE SMALL GROUP</strong> &#8211; We all hold a valuable spot in this 5 person team, and we need all of us to do our part, to help, encourage, challenge, and praise each other on our Facebook challenge page and one on one via messages and phone.</li>
<li><strong>I WILL LOG MY WORKOUTS IN WOWY SUPERGYM</strong>–  I can do this by going to <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/314633435218936/docs/www.teambeachbody.com">www.teambeachbody.com</a>, entering my email and password, and clicking on “WOWY SUPERGYM” on the left hand side of the page.  Logging my workout increases my accountability. And I may be eligible to win the random $500 Supergym prize.</li>
<li><strong>I WILL NOT OVERTRAIN</strong> –  For the next 90 days I will focus all of my excercise efforts on this program and not overtrain my body by adding additional workouts</li>
<li><strong>I WILL SHARE MY ACTIVITY</strong> -  I will report Daily to the Challenge group page upon completion of my workout, and I will share how my eating was for that day.</li>
<li><strong>I WILL SHARE MY PHYSICAL RESULTS</strong> – I will begin by sharing my results with this small group and others who may ask me.  The more I share the more I give inspiration and gather support.  Posting photos is highly recommended as an accountability tool.</li>

<p>Post your goals in the Facebook Group to show everyone what you want to do during this challenge.  You will also need to post everyday that you’ve done your workout, replaced one meal with Shakeology, and that you followed the nutrition part of the program as well. Post any questions, tips, struggles and success&#8217;s you have experienced. It’s a simple and fun way to get the results you want! I also want to add in that you are going to want to take Day 1 pictures and then take pictures every 30 days after that to show what kind of progress you have gotten thus far. Great way to see results!! Friendly competition is alright as well. Setting up a challenge to see who can get the best results would be fun and keep you motivated!</p>

<p>Truth is there are no<em><strong> secrets to success</strong></em>. It is merely the result of preparation, hard work, learning from failure, and never giving up. Nothing about <strong>success</strong> is accidental. Success isn&#8217;t a matter of being lucky. If you want to make dreams into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline, and effort. These aren&#8217;t secrets&#8230;they are opportunities for success that are usually disguised as hard work, so most people don&#8217;t recognize them.</p>
<p>I recently came across a great article in Vibe Magazine interviewing Mr. Steve Stoute &#8211; author, entrepreneur, advertising executive. He gave some great words to live by, which inspired me to share with you my&#8230;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Rules for Success</strong></span></p>
<p><em>1. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Make the decision</span>. </em>Begin with the end in mind. A year from now you will wish you had started today. If you don&#8217;t go after what you want, you&#8217;ll never have it. If you don&#8217;t step forward, you&#8217;ll always be in the same place. Stop making excuses as to why you can&#8217;t succeed. It&#8217;s your life, are you happy with it or are you ready to make a change?  Set clear goals of what you want and be determined to succeed. If you don&#8217;t dare to begin, you don&#8217;t stand a chance of getting there. Just imagine what would you attempt to do if you knew you couldn&#8217;t fail. Exactly. Change your state of mind. You must learn cross the line between dreaming and actually doing. Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try. Fail to try and you have failed. Never be afraid to try. Remember&#8230;Amateurs built the Ark, Professionals built the Titanic<em>.<br />
</em></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>2. Learn to fall in love with the pain of hard work and commitment.</em></span> If it wasn&#8217;t hard work, everyone would do it. Get your mind right. Don&#8217;t live life with regrets or wishful thinking, make it happen. If the path less traveled by were easy, then everyone would take that path, thus making success simply average. Truth is, the path for success is only taken by those that see it as opportunity. There comes a time when at one point in your life you either have the things you want, or the excuses why you don&#8217;t. The choice is yours. Take the opportunity to work hard and reap its successes, or just sit there and keep wishing. We weren&#8217;t born winner or losers, we were born choosers. You are never given a wish without also being given the power to make it come true. You may have to WORK for it, though. ;]<em></em></p>
<p><strong></strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>3. Know that pain is temporary. </em></span> Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. It&#8217;s always your choice. Would you rather suffer working out, or suffer looking in the mirror and not like what you see? Keep your mind focused on succeeding and you will. Yesterday you said tomorrow, stop procrastinating. Time to get it done today. You never know how good it feels to push yourself physically, until you push yourself. Don&#8217;t just go through the motions of your workout, feel every muscle you are using and push to your max every single time. If you don&#8217;t, don&#8217;t be upset by the results you didn&#8217;t get with the work you didn&#8217;t do. Your fitness is 100% mental. Your body won&#8217;t go where your mind doesn&#8217;t push it. So, train your mind and your body will follow.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>4. Every day matters.  </em></span>You know how great you feel when you workout? Think how great you&#8217;d feel if you worked out consistently. Successful people only succeed because they learn from their failures. Always try one more time, and you will be successful. Persistence = Success. No excuses. Do what you CAN, where you ARE, with what you HAVE. When you want to be successful as bad as you want to breath, then you&#8217;ll be successful.<em><br />

<p><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">6. If you want something you&#8217;ve never had, you must do something you&#8217;ve never done. </span> </em>It&#8217;s too hard, too much work?  Well, you either do it, or you don&#8217;t. Anything in life worth having takes dedication, persistence, commitment, and hard work&#8230; The truth of the matter is that you always know what the right thing to do is. The hard part is doing it. So, STOP complaining! When you spend time complaining about obstacles you are facing, you are wasting so much time being negative that you are actually losing chances to move forward. Instead of thinking of challenges as problems, think of them as opportunities. No one said it would be easy, simply that it would be worth it.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>7. Be Self-Disciplined.</em></span> Know what your weakness is and attack it mentally and physically. Do everything you can to avoid any temptation or laziness. If you know you love sweets, skip the candy isle at the supermarket. If you know you get tired later during the day then workout in the morning. Take control of your life, start living the life you want. The difference between who you ARE &amp; who you want to BE is what you DO. You need to have an unstoppable attitude, you need to have determination. Self-discipline is remembering what you want and letting nothing stand in your way of achieving it.<em></em> The action creates the energy, that creates the habit, that creates the results, that creates the confidence, that creates the consistency. Do it every single day!</p>
<p><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">9. The more successful you become, the more humble you should be.</span></em> He who is humble, is confident and wise. He who brags, is insecure and lacking. Successful people do what unsuccessful people don&#8217;t dare. Don&#8217;t be the person that thinks he knows everything. There is always room to learn, but no one wants to learn from someone who is egotistic. If you are successful, it will show, no need for boasting. Be the person who creates success for his own satisfaction and is ready to help others follow in his successes. Be a leader, be the motivation that others need, be their inspiration.<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />

If you respect someone’s success, do not feel ashamed to imitate their successful behavior. </span></em>Accept that you don&#8217;t know everything. Don&#8217;t try to re-invent the wheel. If you know something works and works well, why try and change it? If someone is successful, don&#8217;t be embarrassed or ashamed to imitate what got them success, follow it. It is the same concept when it comes to <strong>diet</strong>, <strong>nutrition</strong>, <strong>health</strong>, and <strong>fitness</strong>. <p>We all go through it at one point or another. You wake up every morning with the intention to workout, you know you should, but you don&#8217;t. You even schedule it in your day, but between one thing and another you get too busy or too tired and you break your &#8220;appointment&#8221;. You end up beating yourself up for not following through, and in the end you wind up doing more harm than good. Nobody does  well when they&#8217;re beaten down, especially when it&#8217;s from yourself. It&#8217;s self-defeating and energy-sucking.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Here are some tips on how to break free of <em><strong>Workout Guilt</strong></em>!</p>
<ol>
<li> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Alter your perspective.</span> The pressure of &#8220;<em>losing weight</em>&#8221; and doing it FAST only adds more stress to your already stressful life. Don&#8217;t defeat yourself early on, start thinking of working out as a way to alleviate the everyday stress of your life. A way to escape the pressure of your day and a time focus on your body and <strong>health</strong>. The reward will be a stronger and tighter body!</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Put your fitness at the top of your to-do list.</span> Try to make your <em>workout</em> one of the first, if not the first, thing you do in the day. Don&#8217;t put it at the bottom of your list! That way you won&#8217;t have it hanging over your head all day. You will end up feeling accomplished, satisfied with yourself and ready to take on the rest of the day with success. BONUS: it helps you stick to your clean eating, <em>healthy diet</em> as well!</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Have exact goals set.</span> Write down your goals for each day and and clearly define the outcome you want to achieve. Plan out when you will do each <em>workout</em>, which workout you are doing, what muscles you are training that day. Write it on your personal calendar, I know I do. Having a clear plan for each day of the week or month removes the pressure of feeling clueless and gives you a solid game plan to follow. Set yourself up for success every day!</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Do your best and forget the rest.</span> Stop putting yourself down. Always push yourself to YOUR max, whatever that may be. Just prove to yourself that you can do it and eventually your body will give the results you want. You don’t know how good it feels to push yourself physically, until you push yourself!!</li>
</ol>

<p style="text-align: left;"> So, we all know how tough and tempting it can be to make healthy food choices when we are eating out, especially when we are following a strict diet like P90X Nutrition Guide or the Insanity Meal Plan. Restaurant food is already terrible enough, not to mention that most &#8220;healthy&#8221; sections on their menu&#8217;s have just as much bad stuff as the rest of the &#8220;bad&#8221; food on their menu.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I know sometimes making a &#8220;special order&#8221; to your server might be embarrassing, especially if you are in a social gathering or with unfamiliar people at the table. But remember you either <em>&#8220;suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret!&#8221;</em> Don&#8217;t let the teasing comments of others influence what you put into your body, because you are the one that has to live with the results.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Anyways, I have been &#8220;special ordering&#8221; my food for quite a while now, so I have some great <em><strong>diet tips when eating out </strong></em>that I used to help me stay on track with my clean eating, and you won’t have to worry about going back home and going crazy to an <strong>Insanity DVD </strong>just to work it off.</p>
<ol>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Stay away from appetizers!!</span> This includes all appetizers as well as soups, which are usually packed with fats and creamy sauces and sometimes have as many calories as the main meal you&#8217;re about to order! I don&#8217;t think I have ever come across a &#8220;healthy&#8221; appetizer other than maybe seafood, but usually even that is soaked in butter. Regardless, it’s just extra calories that you’re putting into your body, and if you’re trying to limit what you eat, it’s better to just stay away from it all together.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Don’t fall for the bread.</span> Most restaurants will set a basket full of warm, soft, deliciously smelling garlic and butter soaked bread right in front of your face before your main meal actually comes out. You can easily get your day’s worth of carbs and sometimes even a day&#8217;s worth of calories in one sitting. It’s best that you stay away from the bread, or you can even ask your server not to bring it all together.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Stick to WATER. </span>Soda is terrible for you and can pack around 40-50 grams of sugar in one glass, when the recommended daily sugar intake for women is 20 grams! So obviously this is not good or healthy for your body. Alcoholic beverages and mixed drinks are also calorie and sugar killers. They pack so many sweet processed juices full of sugar, and some of these drinks actually contain as many calories as one full meal. Crazy that restaurants allow this. So, stick to water. It will save you money too! If you really need some flavor, do what I do sometimes; bring a Crystal Light and pour it in your water!</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ask for NO butter.</span> Restaurants love to butter everything, and when I say everything, I mean everything. Even if you’re ordering a healthy meal like grilled chicken and veggies, they will soak them in butter to make them taste better, making your healthy meal into an unhealthy one very quickly. Always ask for no butter on your meat or veggies. Also make sure to ask if and what kind of sauces come on the meat. Most of the time it is creamy and packed with extra calories, make sure you ask for everything with no sauce or sauce on the side.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Be careful with salads</span>. I remember the days when salads used to be healthy! Now, salads can be just as bad if not worse for you than a cheeseburger and fries, believe it or not. What restaurants do is load the salad with cheese, butter soaked croutons, oil, bacon, and anything else they can think of that will ruin your healthy meal. On top of that, the salad dressings usually pack a ton of sugar and fat. You even have to be careful of the “lite” or “fat free” ones because if they remove an ingredient, they have to make up for it elsewhere. So be sure that if you decide to order salad ask for no cheese, no croutons, no bacon, and no dressing (vinegar on the side) and that your meat be cooked with no butter or oil.</li>

<p>Why is almost everyone afraid of <strong>change</strong>? To do or try something different? Out of their routine? People fear the unknown and the uncertainty that change brings.</p>
<p>The truth is, people find security in habits. They are comfortable. It&#8217;s what they are used to, what they know, and it works for them. There are people out there that <em>know</em> they are not living the lives they once dreamed of or the lives they want, yet they don&#8217;t do anything about it! They just wake up every morning, and keep living their lives rationalizing with themselves that they are happy. They come up with every excuse in the book as to why they can&#8217;t do something to better themselves.  And I mean this in all aspects of life: <strong>Health</strong>, <strong>exercise</strong>,<strong> career</strong>, <strong>nutrition</strong>,<strong> relationships</strong>, you name it. People everywhere wish they could change their lives in one aspect or another. It is natural, we know there is room for improvement and we want something better. Yet, It&#8217;s crazy how people keep doing the same thing over and over again and expect different results.</p>
<p>People will go to the gym everyday and follow the same workout routine every week, then wonder why they are plateauing. Same goes for nutrition. Eating &#8220;<strong>healthy</strong>&#8221; during the week and then going crazy with junk food and alcohol on the weekends..not a good routine if you want to<strong> tone up</strong>, <strong>lose weight</strong>, or <strong>get ripped</strong>. All of these aspects of your life that you wish you could <strong>change</strong>, affect you daily. They affect your mood and the people around you, your confidence, your body, your health. So why continue with living in dissatisfaction with yourself?</p>
<p>Take a step back and look at your life. Is it what you want? Are you genuinely 100% happy where your life is heading?</p>
<p>I knew I wasn&#8217;t. So I <strong>changed</strong> it.</p>
<p>Yes, I know what you are thinking. It is a lot easier said than done, but life is about taking risks. It requires you to go out on a limb and jump. If you don&#8217;t like something, change it. Do you really want to be the person who looks back at their life and wonders what they could have done?</p>
<p><strong><em>&#8220;If you want something you&#8217;ve never had, you have to do something you&#8217;ve never done.&#8221;</em></strong> &#8211; point blank.</p>
<p>Whether you want to change you lifestyle into a healthy one, find the job you know you deserve, be 100% happy with your significant other&#8230;DO IT! The only person standing in your way is YOU! No one can go back and make a new start, but anyone can start now and make a brand new ending.</p>
<p>Before I decided to take the 60 day challenge of<strong> INSANITY</strong>, I knew I wasn&#8217;t 100% happy with my life. There was a lot of things I wanted to <strong>change</strong> but I decided to start with my fitness. It was something that that I wanted to do for a long time, yet all my previous attempts had led to failure and being unmotivated. But&#8230;</p>
<p><em>&#8220;If you want something bad enough, you&#8217;ll find a way to achieve it.&#8221;</em></p>
<p>I knew what I wanted to my body to look like and I wouldn&#8217;t stop until I achieved it. I wanted the feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment. So many failed attempts, I wondered if it was even possible to get what I wanted. But, I had to make a lot of wrong decisions before I made the right one. <strong>INSANITY </strong>has changed my life. Not just physical. I am now 100% confident with myself inside and out. How many people can say that? Just that alone has made my life so much better and I find myself in better moods everyday and enjoying life instead of dwelling on the things I wish I had. I know now that instead of wishing I can actually accomplish, and that is one of the most satisfying realizations anyone can experience. Changing that one aspect of my life has had a ripple effect. Everything in my life is improving and I am not complaining. All it takes is one small decision to change your life forever.</p>
<p>Life is like a mirror, we get the best results when we smile at it.</p>
<p>Making one thing better in your life will ultimately allow you to realize that life is about being happy with yourself in all aspects and that nothing or no one can keep that from you.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t be afraid to live your life, be happy now, take risks, make mistakes. That&#8217;s how we learn. Successful people only succeed because they learn from their failures. You must learn cross the line between dreaming and doing.</p>

<p>I am sure that a lot of you, just like me, discovered <strong><em>Insanity</em></strong> and <em><strong>P90X</strong></em> through and infomercial, a friend, of even from me! You hear how extreme these programs are and also how amazing the transformation results are of those are that actually complete the programs. I am sure you might have even searched on You Tube plenty of times to see if these workouts were the real deal, and you have probably seen so many real people getting real results! I know what you are thinking. &#8220;If they can do it, I can too! Right?!&#8221;</p>
<p>So now after you buy <strong><em>Insanity</em></strong> or <strong><em>P90X</em></strong> you expect results! Well I promise you that if you follow the rules of fitness you will not be disappointed! What are the rules you ask? Simple.</p>
<p>Ask yourself this. Everyone has broken a rule without anyone noticing, right? Well, unfortunately the rules a fitness are a little  different. Not only does everyone notice when you are following the  rules, but it’s even more obvious when you <em>aren’t</em>! You may try and hide  the evidence but your body doesn’t lie!</p>
<p>If you are not following the Workout Guide AND a Good Diet, then don’t expect to see great results! It is as simple as that. Skipping workouts and not eating clean are NOT going to get you the results you crave. So many people ask, what if I do the workouts and don&#8217;t follow the Meal Plan 100%, will I still get results? NO. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.</p>
<p>What some people don&#8217;t realize is that even if you workout to your max everyday, it is not enough.</p>
<p>I cannot repeat this enough: YOU CANNOT WORKOUT A BAD DIET! Period. Without good nutrition, all the hard work and sweat you put into your workouts will go unnoticed! I mean it boils down to what you want more: ice cream, soda, burger, pizza, fried chicken OR an amazing RIPPED body that other people admire and the feeling of being healthy. I&#8217;d take the second option. Remember you only enjoy food for no more than 15 min, while you are eating. Is it really worth it?!</p>
<p>A lot of people say<em><strong>, </strong>“But I’m eating better than I was before”. </em>I hear  this a lot. You may be eating better than before, but obviously there  is room for improvement. You don&#8217;t need to have those fries or that soda or that extra salad dressing.  If you don’t cut out the junk, you are wasting  your time. It&#8217;s up to you. Do you realize it could take 4 days to work off 1 ”bad”  meal?</p>
<p><strong>Diet is 80% of a workout routine! Believe it or not.</strong></p>
<p>If you’re in this for real, you should be mindful of what goes in your mouth. How bad do you want your results? Enough to commit yourself to a Workout Program for 2 or 3 months and enough to commit yourself 100% to the Meal Plan?</p>
<p>If  you have been doing P90X or Insanity and are not seeing the results you expected,  you are breaking the rules and you know it!</p>
<p>The rules are simple, eat clean and workout hard everyday! If you are expecting extreme results fast, you have to be extreme! If you are performing half way, don’t expect more than half the results!<strong><br />

<p>Everyone wants to be <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>healthy</strong></span> and<strong><span style="color: #ff0000;"> fit</span></strong>. Am I wrong? So why is it that so many people everyday wake up and go through their daily routines and then find some excuse as to why they don&#8217;t have time to work out or eat healthy. I don&#8217;t believe that someone can be so busy that they cannot take an hour or less a day to commit to fitness. People complain everyday about how unhealthy they are and how tired they feel all the time and how they are going to start dieting on &#8220;Monday&#8221;.  Then Monday comes around and by the weekend you are back to your old habits.</p>
<p>Why does this happen? Do you feel <em>unmotivated</em>? Don&#8217;t see <em>results</em>? Don&#8217;t know if what you are doing will actually work? Well, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">wake up people</span>! If you are following a routine and not getting results obviously you need to CHANGE something!</p>
<p>My life changed in going through just 63 days of <a href="http://teambeachbody.com/shop/-/shopping/MDSANDVD2101?referringRepId=93607" target="_blank"><strong>INSANITY</strong></a>. I changed physically, mentally, emotionally, you name it! I am now <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">100% confident</span></strong> in myself and my appearance. What amazes me, however, is how I tell people how much my life has changed and how I have helped others reach their goals because of commitment to a 63 day workout program, yet people still find excuses as to why they can&#8217;t or don&#8217;t want to take the<span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong> Insanity</strong></span> challenge. Then you have those people who start the program, are really motivated, and then 3 weeks go by and it’s just <em>“too hard”</em> so they quit the program and go back to their unhealthy lifestyles. Really? You have something so great going for you and you’re going to throw it away because it’s hard? You can’t commit for <em>JUST 63 DAYS</em> to something that will have a positive effect on your life forever? It truly baffles me! It&#8217;s like you have found an incredible gift and you are just going to waste it. Is 2 moths really that difficult to commit yourself to something that will give you continuous benefits? Most people in life quit because they focus on how much they have to do, instead of how far they&#8217;ve come. There is no shortcut in fitness. Don&#8217;t be upset by the results you didn&#8217;t get, with the work you didn&#8217;t do.</p>
<p>In 2 months of<strong> total commitment</strong>, you will change your way of thinking about living a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life, create more active years for yourself, possibly live much longer, and on top of that, quite possibly change the course of your life in a positive way from that point on. To me it’s a no brainer, and I guess that’s why I have such a hard time understanding why people don’t see it the way I do. There hasn’t been one person who has completed 63 days of <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Insanity</strong></span> and then come back to me saying that their life hasn’t changed for the better.</p>

How <strong>determined</strong> you are. It comes down to your will  power and dedication. Is<span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong> Insanity</strong></span> fun? Easy? Absolutely not! I&#8217;m not going to lie. It is literally the HARDEST workout I have ever done! You will be sore, not be able to walk properly for 2 weeks because your body is changing for the better! When you workout and feel pain, that it because you are pushing your body to places it has never gone before. At that point you have to learn to keep going, keep pushing, because pain is nothing compared to what it feels like to quit. NEVER GIVE UP!</p>
<p>Instead of giving up and coming up with excuses as to why you can&#8217;t do it, why not stick with it and see how far you can actually push yourself? What if you actually commit yourself to the diet for 63 days? What if you never skip a workout? You will see how much healthier, happier, and energized you feel everyday.  It will become a habit and a way of living for you, and you will NEVER want to go back to your old ways because you are following a program and actually seeing results, there&#8217;s no way you would want to give that up after you see the benefits! In 63 days you will look and feel amazing, more so than you have ever in your life probably. Your life will be changed forever. One of the 1st people I ever coached was my brother-in-law. He is a police officer and works long 12 hour shifts everyday and he somehow found the energy and motivation to come home everyday, pop in that DVD and dig deep!! He planned his meals for work, would cook himself dinner or breakfast as need be. He committed himself 100% to <span style="color: #ff0000;">INSANITY</span> and got amazing results! Don&#8217;t you think he wanted to come home, have a drink, relax, spend time with his wife and daughter? Of course, and he would, but that didn&#8217;t mean he would sacrifice his fitness and health.
